SHIPPING DETAILS

All Innocent Fetishes orders are sent to you in plain packaging. Your order is discreetly and securely packaged with no mention of what is inside. Either it is a plain brown box or a courier bag.
Looking after the planet is something, we all have a responsibility to do. We are doing our part by using only the best recycled goods for sending out your purchases.
All our packaging is environmentally friendly using recycled cardboard and paper.

All UK purchases will be shipped via our Royal Mail 48 Tracked service.
Charged @ £3.10

You can track your delivery via your email confirmation.
DELIVERY BETWEEN 2 – 4 DAYS

EUROPEAN AND OVERSEAS POSTAGE.

REFUND POLICY

Exchanges

Please ensure you include the order number within the return to ensure correct processing. Failure to provide the order number will cause a delay in the return/exchange being processed and your refund/exchange being received.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the item(s) to us. If item(s) are not received within the 14-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Faulty Items

If an item you have purchased is faulty, please email innocentfetishes@gmail.com with your order number, date of order, a description of fault and picture of the item showing the fault (if applicable).

You will receive an email confirming the return address. Please ensure you include the order number within the return to ensure correct processing. Failure to provide the order number will cause a delay in the return being processed and your refund being received.

For hygiene reasons, faulty items MUST be in a clean condition when returned along with all packaging, leaflets, charging accessories and all other accessories that were sold as part of the item.

PLEASE NOTE: Items will not be accepted if they are in an unclean condition, will not be processed and returned to you at your own cost.
